A nice size rooms with a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and ironing facilities. Very amiable staff and quick to respond.

Had a really good stay during my road trip. Received a complimentary upgrade to a double room with a fridge and microwave, which was a nice gesture. The hotel was in a peaceful location, close to mountains, scenery, restaurants, and gas stations.

We were given a double room, it was large and brand-new.

Their staff were highly unprofessional.

We truly enjoyed the comforts of this very good budget hotel. We had a reasonably large room with very comfy bed and a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and ironing facilities. The personnel was friendly, and the owner too.

This place is a great value with excellent amenities, truly enjoyed it.

The sheets were a bit stale/old (time to take them out of the rotation)and the comforter was singed although it was a non-smoking room

Location just next door to restaurants and gas stations and Econo Lodge and Johnson City and Bristol. Great value, well-kept and compact room with the ac and nice furnishings, as example. Costs US$ 56.

Conveniently situated atop a hill, the room here was spacious and equipped with a fridge and microwave, which came in handy. The staff was friendly and always on point with their service. 😊

The staff, especially the sweet lady at check-in and the friendly gentleman at check-out, were cute and helpful. The room was very clean and had a nice view of the surrounding valley from its hilltop location. The exterior of the buildings and grounds were well maintained. The vinyl plank flooring in our room was a nice touch. We felt safe and comfortable as female travelers. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Excellent little and good standard place to stay while travelling around Kingsport. Great value, taking into account other Kingsport's options. Amiable staff providing nice services. Exceptionally nice and perfect setting in the special area, just off restaurants.

Everything was simply amazing. We asked for a double room and it was recently renovated with fridge and microwave. Helpful and attentive employees helped us a lot.

Comfortable and spacious room with a microwave and fridge, making it super convenient. Had the best night's sleep here! The shower and hairdryer were a nice bonus. The hotel's location on top of the hills 🌄 was perfect!

Everything was fine, including affable staff and easy location on a hillside. We had the a double room which was brand-new and well-kept. Location: the hotel was not far from Mississippi, Johnson City and Bristol and the mountains and scenery. It was great value in contrast to other hotels.
